مير مادان
كان مير مادان أحد أكثر الضباط ثقةً وقائد مدفعية نواب سراج الدولة . في 23 يونيو 1757، في معركة بلاسي ، قاتل مير مادان إلى جانب النواب بينما بقي القائد العام مير جعفر ورفاقه في موقف دفاعي. مارست قوات مادان ضغطًا كبيرًا على قوات شركة الهند الشرقية . في الساعة الثانية ظهرًا من ذلك اليوم، أصيب بجروح قاتلة جراء قذيفة مدفعية بريطانية وتوفي. كما توفي رفيقاه في القتال، ناوي سينغ هاجاري وبهادر خان. [ 4 ] [ 5 ]
قام بعض كوادر فرقته بدفنه سراً في قرية فريدبور، ريجيناجار ، بالقرب من ساحة معركة بالاشي . يُعرف هذا المكان باسم ضريح فريد شاه (المسجد). [ 6 ] [ 7 ]
