مجمع إطلاق الفضاء 1 ( SLC-1 ) هو مجمع إطلاق غير نشط في قاعدة فاندنبرغ الفضائية بولاية كاليفورنيا . يتألف من منصتي إطلاق، SLC-1E (المعروفة سابقًا باسم المنصة 75-3-5) و SLC-1W (المعروفة سابقًا باسم المنصة 75-3-4). بُني كلا الموقعين عام 1958 لصالح السرب 75 للصواريخ الاستراتيجية، الذي لم يُفعّل قط، لإطلاق صواريخ ثور-أجينا لدعم سلسلة أقمار كورونا الاستطلاعية التابعة لوكالة المخابرات المركزية . تحت غطاء برنامج ديسكوفرر، شهد مجمع SLC-1 العديد من الإنجازات الرائدة في مجال رحلات الفضاء، مثل إطلاق أول قمر صناعي في مدار قطبي مع ديسكوفرر 2 ، وأول عملية استعادة لجسم من المدار مع ديسكوفرر 13 ، وأول عملية استعادة لفيلم من المدار مع ديسكوفرر 14 . استمر مجمع الإطلاق الفضائي SLC-1 في إطلاق أقمار تجسس مختلفة، مثل KH-4، لصالح وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية طوال فترة الستينيات، بعد نقل عمليات إطلاق المركبات الفضائية من وكالة المخابرات المركزية إلى المكتب الوطني للاستطلاع . وفي منتصف الستينيات، وكجزء من عملية التخلص التدريجي من صاروخ ثور-أجينا، تم تعديل منصتي الإطلاق لإطلاق ثور-أجينا اللاحق حتى نهاية العقد. وفي نهاية المطاف، وبفضل استبدال KH-4 بالصاروخين الأكبر حجماً KH-9 و KH-11 ، بالإضافة إلى قرب منصتي الإطلاق من مجمع الإطلاق الفضائي 2 الأكثر استخداماً ، انتهى استخدام SLC-1 فعلياً بحلول السبعينيات، وأصبح مهجوراً منذ ذلك الحين.
