موقع
تقع شلالات أوسري على بُعد 13 كيلومترًا (8.1 ميل) شرق بلدة غيريديه على الطريق المؤدي إلى تندي. [ 3 ] تتوفر سيارات الأجرة والعربات التي تجرها الخيول وعربات الريكاشة. [ 1 ] [ 4 ] [ 5 ]

وصف
يتدفق نهر أوسري، أحد روافد نهر باراكار ، عبر وادٍ شديد الانحدار . وتتساقط شلالات أوسري من ارتفاع حوالي 12 متراً (39 قدماً) في ثلاثة مجارٍ منفصلة. وتحيط بها غابة كثيفة. [ 4 ]
تتجلى بوضوح طبيعة الصخور النيسية في هذه المنطقة. وقد انقسمت بعض الصخور إلى كتل ضخمة ذات أسطح مصقولة ونظيفة تتخللها عروق بألوان متنوعة. ويتغير شكل مجرى النهر بعد مروره بالشلالات، حيث يكون الجزء السفلي منه مسطحًا في الغالب، مع تموجات طفيفة، ليتحول في النهاية إلى شكل يشبه الوادي الضيق. [ 6 ] وقد اتخذت الحكومة عدة خطوات لتطوير المنطقة لتصبح وجهة سياحية بارزة إلى جانب سد خاندولي وباراسناث . [ 7 ] [ 8 ]
