فيما يلي قائمة بالإضرابات المحددة (العمال الذين يرفضون العمل، ويسعون لتغيير ظروفهم في صناعة معينة أو مكان عمل فردي، أو يضربون تضامناً مع أولئك الموجودين في مكان عمل آخر معين) والإضرابات العامة (الرفض الواسع النطاق للعمال للعمل في حملة سياسية منظمة على مستوى وطني أو دولي أوسع).
